The name is written with no address, and the delivery, deposit and finish boxes are all left empty; the type-of-brakes line carries only a dash, as befits a track frame. On the headset line “Super Record” is struck out and “Campag. Athena” written above it. A five-figure number is jotted in the bottom right corner; what it refers to is not said.
