Frame
1089
No date appears anywhere on the sheet, so the year cannot be given; the deposit is recorded simply as “YES” with no sum. “531c.” is written across the head, and a six-figure number, most likely a telephone number, is jotted beside the frame number. A word before “eyes” on the ENDS line is scribbled out, and the size is written over so that it reads 23" though 22" cannot quite be ruled out. The surname is read from a fast hand and the town is spelt “Woolaton” on the sheet.
