Frame
82125
A bound-ledger entry rather than a pro-forma, headed “531 DB TUBING” with “Order recd 5 July 82 (Promised 6 weeks.)” and, underlined, “27” and GDS.” — 27-inch wheels and guards. The frame size is read as 26" but the first digit is not certain, and the surname could as easily be Holloway as Hollaway. The equipment line’s opening word is hard to read; “B.BKT set” is the best reading of what precedes “49D, 54 single, fitted”, and “54 single” is underlined on the sheet. A five-figure number is jotted in brackets in the top corner, the whole entry is crossed through, and the foot of the page is signed “S Standard”.
