The frame number is written in a form that reads “88130”, presumably 8813 with a flourish or trailing figure, and “653” is written across the head of the sheet. A telephone number follows the town on the address line. Delivery promised 8 weeks; the A.K. seat lug is marked “Yes” and the brake boxes are otherwise left blank with the finish “TO FOLLOW”.
