The crown description “Cinelli Sloping Internal” sits on the CHROME line with TYPE OF CROWN left blank, and is taken here as the crown. Under TRANSFERS is written “New style block on D/T only (Black)” then “Forks & seat stays [a word struck out] also”; the printed 5 in “ALL BRAZINGS FOR 5/10 SPEED” is scribbled over. A telephone number is written at the foot of the address block.
