An order for a complete cycle: “Complete cycle. See over” under OTHER DETAILS, delivery promised eight weeks, deposit received, and no finish recorded on the sheet. The second page is the priced build list written on the back of a spare spec form: Croce D'Aune frame £262.50, brakes with concealed cables and levers, a largely Chorus and Croce D'Aune groupset, 'Look' pedals in black and red, Open 4 CD rims on Croce D'Aune hubs, Rolls saddle, Cinelli bars and stem, Elite turbo trainer, Cateye computer, Sedis Gold chain and sundries, totalled £1,125.53. Several list lines are struck through (a duplicate Cateye computer, “Home Trainer” and a freewheel entry marked A6 SYNCHRO), and a small sum in the corner totals £272.50.
