Delivery promised eight weeks; no deposit is recorded. The name is read from a faint fast hand: the surname could as easily be “Kennin” or “Kenney”, and the first name, read as “Iris”, is not certain either. The second address line is a scrawled abbreviation read as “Nottm” followed by a stroke that cannot be made out, so the town is given as Nottingham with that caveat. The top tube and ends lines are left blank.
