Frame
9007
Across the head of the sheet: “27 Wheels (Pos 700 later.)”, most likely “poss.”, the order starting on 27" wheels with 700c a possibility to follow. A work telephone number is written in the left margin beside the address, whose town is given only as “W.B.”. The main finish reads “Pink & White Chevron (as Davids Track)”, copying the finish of a track frame referred to as David's, and the A.K. seat lug entry reads “FASTBACK.” The date received is “17. AUG” with no year anywhere on the sheet, so none is recorded here; a deposit is marked “Yes”. “Chevron” is read from a fast hand.
