Frame
9009
The sheet is undated: no date received or delivery promise appears, so no year is recorded, though a deposit of £25 is marked “YES” and the final digit of the frame number is written over another figure. The struck brake-eyes line is replaced above by what reads as “3 Gds Top of Top Tube”, and the foot of the sheet carries “Brakes & F changer Bringing in”, the customer supplying both. The finish reads “Kingfisher Blue & Cerise (as Davids)”, copying a frame referred to as David's; “Cerise” is read from a fast hand. The headset size is read as 1⅞", where 1⅛" may be meant, and the other-details box holds “Chain Hook. No Boss.”
