A £50 deposit was taken on 7.4.93 against the number (132), with delivery promised at 7–9 weeks. OTHER DETAILS says “See Over”, and the attached page carries the touring build list: 105 hubs and 7 cassette on MA2 rims with stainless double-butted spokes, Exage cantilevers with concealed cables, a triple chainset (one word struck out and queried), Selle Italia saddle, Cinelli bars and stem, pedals with small clips and straps, Shimano S/S front and rear mechs, cork ribbon, mudguards, S/S gear levers and a Nimrod pannier carrier. The figure “500” is ringed in the margin, and the paint is noted as “Haze Blue” against the number (112) with the query “Mercian list?” beneath — the main finish box on the form itself is left blank. A telephone number is written below the address, across the frame number line.
