2186
A touring bicycle: cantilevers, mudguards, a lamp boss and a dynamo boss on the chainstay, where the sheet simply says “for dyno”. Delivery promised at six to eight weeks, deposit taken. A second sheet is filed with it listing the build — SunTour VX gears, cantilever brakes, SR bars and stem, a Madison saddle, alloy Lyotard pedals, ESGE gold mudguards, a Dynapower at £21.60, a Stronglight 99 chainset, large Christophe clips and straps, and 700c quick-release wheels. Every line is ticked off, so this is the list as it was actually assembled rather than as it was quoted.
