A track frame with a sloping top tube, written “20½" (21" Sloping)”. The name is written “D Standard” and the address left blank — the surname is the shop's own, though the sheet says nothing more. No brakes, finish or transfers are recorded, and the bottom bracket height figure looks over-written and could read 10⅝" rather than 10⅞".
