Not a pro-forma but a numbered shop repair tag, voucher No 461702, with a jotted reference read uncertainly as “Inv 5427” above the date. The printed instruction “Fit parts detailed overleaf” has “83224” written beside it, and overleaf carries the build notes and, against When required, “Refit head set & B.B. set from old frame”. The figures “22½ x 23½. TT.” are taken as a 22½" frame with a 23½" top tube, and “½ S-STAYS” is written and underlined at the foot. The counterfoil below the tear-off line is unused.
