“Complete Cycle”, underlined, and “27" Wheels” are written across the head; delivery was promised at six weeks and the date carries no year. The chainwheel figures were reworked: “50–36” is struck out before “Chainwheel” in OTHER DETAILS, and “48–40” on the seat-pillar line is struck through too, so neither reading clearly stands. The attachment page is the build list for the order — Laprade seat pillar, Weinmann 500 brakes, VX GT gears, Stronglight 99 chainset (“Customs” struck out), S.R. pedals, large toeclips and straps, black mudguards, S.R. bars and stem, 27" wheels — with “(Wheels hanging up)” ringed and a few pencil sums; its reverse is blank.
