Only the head of the sheet is used: name, address, frame number, date, delivery promised eight weeks and a £25 deposit. Every specification line is blank — “See —116.” is written in the top right corner, the first digit lost against the printed header and a damaged corner (it could be 9116), so the build detail lives on that other sheet. Pencilled in the top left corner are “2-70” and “90”, unexplained.
