“Complete cycle” is written across the head of the sheet, and the month in the date was corrected on the sheet from “FEB” to “MAR”. The attachment page holds the build list: touring 700c wheels on standard-section alloy rims with solid-axle small-flange alloy hubs and PG spokes, a 48/36 alloy cotterless chainset, 14–32 block, alloy quill pedals with small toe clips and straps, SR drops on a 60 mm stem, Esge wide gold guards, a 4-point fix Nimrod carrier, a frame-fit pump and a Weinmann 500 brake set. Struck through on that list are alloy SunTour gears, a Sedis chain, a ladies padded anatomic saddle, Simplex ratchet levers and a micro-adjust seat pin. The town is written in a form that reads “Woolaton”.
