Delivery was promised at 4–6 weeks. The finish and transfers both point back to an earlier machine — “Pink & white as David track iron” and “Same as David” — so this order repeated the livery of a track frame already built for the same customer. The OTHER DETAILS line carries a jotting read as “13¾ Top Bdg”, whose last word resists a confident reading. The seatstay entry is read as “Duotaper, fast-back” from a fast hand, and a telephone number is written at the end of the address line.
