The frame number box is empty, which is why this sheet carries no key of its own. Delivery was promised at 6–8 weeks with a deposit received, and a customer's order number 7744 is recorded. A telephone number is written in the top-left corner above the name block. The surname is read from a looping hand and could as easily be Krakowicz or Krakiwiez.
