The date line reads “Ordered 15 May” and no year appears anywhere on the sheet, so none is recorded here; no delivery promise or deposit is noted either. The brakes were first written “C.P. 610”, struck out in favour of “Shimano braze on cantilevers”. The fork rake line reads “15″ x”, which looks like a blade length with the rake itself left unwritten. The surname is read as Dzierzak from a light pencil hand and the odd letter could be otherwise.
