Marked “Stock Replacement” with “Ordered 1 Aug, delivery A.S.A.P.” underlined beneath the bracketed date 5 July 82. The word “STOCK” beside the CUSTOMER heading is struck out where the frame was sold on to Karen Smith. A bracketed word written above the mudguard-eyes entry in the braze-on list resists reading; a telephone number is written at the foot of the address. The specification is crossed through with a large X and a signature reading “S Standard” sits at the foot.
